Can I use the workspaces if I am not a member?

Certainly. We offer hourly and daily options in an office, meeting room or coworking space with included amenities such as Wi-Fi access, complimentary coffee and access to business services.

This option can be useful for individuals looking for on-demand space or just looking to experience our workspaces before committing to a monthly membership. Contact our office to request a Day Pass.

Can I upgrade my workspace as my business grows?

Yes, here at Lakeside Workspaces we are very flexible when it comes to upgrading to a larger space. You are able to upgrade at any time during your agreement.

What is coworking?

Coworking is a great alternative to working from home or at your own office. We offer a variety of open and dedicated workspaces in a shared environment with some of the same amenities you would find in a traditional office such as fast and secure internet connection, meeting rooms and 24/7 access.

With flexible memberships, networking opportunities and affordable pricing, coworking is a great option for individuals or organizations looking for flexible and scalable alternative to traditional office space.

All of our workspace memberships include furnished workspace, fast & secure internet connection, 24/7 access, online meeting room booking, complimentary coffee & tea in our lounge, on-site support staff and access to on demand support services.

What on demand support services do you offer?

At Lakeside Workspaces we offer a range of on demand support services such as an on-site notary, translation services, live receptionist phone answering and administrative services.

How do I book a meeting room and how much does it cost?

To book a meeting room, you can use our online portal or contact our staff and we will be happy to book a room for you.

Private offices include meeting room hours, with the benefit of reserving meeting rooms for additional hours at member rates. Dedicated desk, coworking, and virtual office members can reserve meeting rooms by the hour at preferred member rates. Meeting rooms are also available to non-members at an hourly rate.

We also offer a monthly Meeting Room Plan where you can save up to 50% off on our hourly rates.

What are the hours of operation?

Members have 24/7 access to their workspace and meeting rooms. The Lakeside Workspaces staff is available Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

You bet! For every referral that signs with us, receive 10% of their monthly rate for the first term of their Agreement. For more information on our referral program please visit our Referrals page.

What is Lakeside’s response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)?

At Lakeside, the health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority. We have implemented several safety measures into the space. The space is maintained by our staff during the day and professional cleaned at the end of every workday. Self-service cleaning supplies and hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the workspaces for members to use.
